A key step toward legality, transparency and business ethics.
Sices 231 System.
Welcome to the page dedicated to Sices‘ adoption of 231 System, a key step in our commitment to legality, transparency and business ethics.
At Sices, we firmly believe that business success is measured not only through economic results, but also through our ethical and moral commitment.
For this reason, we are pleased to present our new Code of Ethics and 231 System, key documents that reflect the values and principles that guide our every action and decision.

Why the Code of Ethics was created
The Sices Code of Ethics was created to provide clear and concrete guidance to all our employees and collaborators so that they can operate in line with our corporate values. In an increasingly complex and interconnected world, it is essential to have solid references to guide our behavior and decisions.
The purpose of the Code of Ethics
The main purpose of our Code of Ethics is to ensure that all business activities are conducted in an ethical and responsible manner. It establishes behavior expectations for all members of our organization and serves as the basis for:
- Promoting a corporate culture based on shared values: The Code helps to consolidate a strong corporate culture in which the values of integrity, responsibility, respect and innovation are at the core of every activity;
- Preventing inappropriate behavior and unfair practices: By providing clear guidelines, the Code of Ethics helps prevent situations of conflict of interest, discrimination, corruption and other unethical practices;
- Improving transparency and trust: Ethical behavior enhances trust between the company and its stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners and the community at large.
We invite you to read our Code of Ethics and share its principles. Only together can we continue to build a prosperous and sustainable future for Sices and all those who are part of it.
Whistleblowing: how to make a report
I am pleased to announce that Sices has adopted the Whistleblowing Policy as part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and integrity. This move reflects our desire to create a safe and responsible work environment where any employee and partner can report any unlawful or unethical behavior without fear of retaliation. We believe that an open and honest corporate culture is critical to our success and to maintaining the trust of our customers and partners.
The Whistleblowing Policy will help us identify and promptly correct any wrongdoing, ensuring that all of our operations are conducted in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards. We encourage all of our employees and partners to use this tool to help maintain the integrity and reputation of our company.
Thank you for your continued support!
