Sices designed and delivered a supply of fully equipped 10-foot technical containers, conceived as modular, plug & play energy hubs to support power distribution for a major international event in a high-altitude environment.

These units were developed to operate in extreme environmental conditions, including low temperatures, logistical constraints and the need for rapid, reliable installation.

Supply objectives

• Ensure continuity of power supply in challenging operating conditions.
• Provide a mobile, robust and versatile solution, suitable for professional rental applications.
• Reduce installation and commissioning times through pre-wired, ready-to-use systems.

Technical solution

High-performance 2500A distribution boards

The supply includes distribution boards rated up to 2500A, featuring high-quality industrial components and a modular architecture, including:

• 2500A air circuit breaker with Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP communication.
• Moulded-case and auxiliary circuit breakers in various ratings (400A, 125A, 63A, 32A).
• Network-connected energy analysers for advanced monitoring.
• Dedicated residual current protection and busbar systems sized for high fault withstand capability.

The physical separation between power and auxiliary circuits improves both maintenance operations and operational safety.

Plug & play technical containers

Each container is equipped to ensure immediate operation, with features such as:

• Internal lighting, 230 V service sockets and a monoblock air-conditioning unit.
• Complete electrical sub-distribution board with MCBs, RCDs and terminal blocks.
• Wiring carried out in accordance with CEI standards and 2500A Powerlock connectors.
