Sices, together with Turboden S.p.a., has built and tested low-voltage electrical panels for managing and controlling an ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) skid turbine for the production of electricity. The turbine generates electricity thanks to excess steam created by a biomass diathermic oil system to cover its own heat needs for malt production. The electricity produced through this process is sold to the grid, generating an additional economic benefit for the company.
